Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of service to both internal and external clients, providing efficient and effective Reception support, including operating the switchboard and providing reception cover when required.
- Work closely with the Facilities Manager and Location Heads, often being the first line of support for queries raised with the facilities team, so an ability to establish and maintain relationships will be paramount.
- Provide Health and Safety support for all offices, supporting the Facilities Manager to maintain consistency.
- Keep kitchens, client suites and common areas within the office tidy and well stocked.
- Liaise with clients on the telephone and in person, dealing with routine enquiries and taking detailed telephone messages.
- Perform Fire Warden and First Aid duties.
Requirements:
- A natural team player who enjoys building and maintaining relationships.
