Job Title: Maintenance Assistant

Our hotel in Braintree is seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management of all maintenance requirements across the hotel, including infrastructure, repairs, and renovations.
  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance and systematic testing of rooms and electrical equipment, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and decorating.
  • Ensure the safety and smooth operation of our hotels to guarantee an exceptional guest experience.
  • Respond to maintenance emergencies.

Requirements:

Due to spending a lot of time on your feet and unloading heavy deliveries, you will need a good physical fitness. Efficiency in a fast-paced environment and strong communication skills are key. You will be able to follow instructions and be adaptable to meet the needs of both company and guests.
