About the Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Chemical Sales Professional to join our team in Aylesbury. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of raw materials and speciality chemicals, as well as excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Developing a deep understanding of our range of ingredients, their chemistry, benefits and formulation characteristics.
  • Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide scientific information clearly and concisely.
  • Supporting customers throughout the development process of new products.
  • Collaborating with Technical Development Chemists to create innovative Personal Care formulations.
  • Visiting customers in the UK to develop long-term working relationships.
  • Maintaining existing business relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Degree in Chemistry-related or Life Science-related subject - ESSENTIAL
  • Full UK Driving licence and ability to travel - ESSENTIAL
  • Exceptional communication skills - ESSENTIAL
  • Scientific approach to problem solving and ability to learn quickly.
Compensation Package

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a competitive compensation package that includes a bonus structure based on performance.
