Job Title: Head of Data

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Data to lead and scale our data function at Vivo Talent Solutions. This is a critical role where you will own the data strategy and drive the use of data as a key asset across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's overall data strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Build, lead, and mentor a data team, including data engineers, analysts, and scientists.
- Oversee data architecture, governance, and security to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to leverage data for decision-making and growth strategies.
- Implement and scale data infrastructure, pipelines, and analytics capabilities to support product development and business needs.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head of Data or senior data role, with significant leadership experience, ideally in financial services or start-ups.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, financial regulations).
- Expertise in data architecture, data warehousing, and modern data engineering tools (Azure).
- Hands-on experience scaling data functions in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on business outcomes, combined with a strong technical foundation.
