Your Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Patient Advisor, your key responsibilities will include building strong relationships with patients, performing diagnostic eye scans, and relaying patient information to optometrists.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records, arranging affordable finance options, and scheduling consultations and surgeries with our optometrists and surgeons.
What Makes a Successful CandidateTo succeed in this role, you will need to be driven and passionate with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be able to demonstrate strong negotiation skills, be self-motivated, and possess strong organisational skills.
