About the Company

Zest4Talent is a leading recruitment agency specialising in office interior design and office furniture. They provide a comprehensive range of services, including office relocation, renovations, and furniture recycling.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Must have previous sales success, with a proven track record of generating new business and growing existing accounts.
  • Experience selling office equipment, office design, or interior commercial design solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, as well as the ability to conduct site visits and communicate with the design team.
  • Building regulations and health and safety knowledge is beneficial but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use CRM to call lapsed customers and identify their future office design or office furniture requirements.
  • Generate new business in the FM, Education, Managed office, and Commercial Estate sectors through cold calling, referral, area mapping, and research.
  • Work within a small sales team to achieve strategic objectives and plans for growth.
  • Arrange face-to-face design visits to sell bespoke office design solutions.
  • Sell a comprehensive range of office furniture to clients.
