We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our team at The Royal Norfolk Hotel, Bognor Regis. As a Commis Chef, you will play a vital role in the kitchen operation, assisting with food preparation, cooking, and serving, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with food preparation, cooking, and serving
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
  • Work closely with the Head and Second Chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas
  • Ensure accurate stock rotation, labeling, and cleaning of equipment
