Education Support Specialist
About the Role

At ACADEMICS, we are seeking an experienced Education Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our educational support team, you will be responsible for providing support to students who require additional assistance in their academic journey.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist students with their learning goals, providing one-on-one support and guidance to help them achieve academic success.
  • Work closely with teachers to adapt learning materials and activities that meet the needs of each individual student.
  • Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and confidence.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement educational programs that support student development and achievement.
  • Act as a positive role model, offering support and guidance to students to help them stay motivated and focused.
