**What You'll Do:**

* **Deliver High-Quality Care:** You'll assess, plan, and evaluate care for clients, ensuring their individual needs are met with the highest standards of nursing care.
* **Lead by Example:** Work closely with the Care and Nursing Manager, taking on leadership responsibilities to guide and support our team of Support Workers. You'll set the standard for compassionate, expert care.
* **Innovate & Collaborate:** Work alongside our talented multidisciplinary team to create and implement tailored rehabilitation strategies that help our clients achieve their fullest potential.
* **Uphold Best Practices:** Ensure care is delivered in line with National Minimum Care Standards and QEF's policies, keeping client well-being and safety as the top priority.
