Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join our Residential and Commercial Property, Building Surveying division, covering Peterborough and surrounding areas. As a Senior Property Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of Residential and Commercial Property Claims, ranging from £20,000 to £1 million.

Key responsibilities include conducting initial visits and assessing damage to a high professional standard, establishing and agreeing defect diagnosis, and progressing ensuing all Planning, Building Regulations, Party Wall, and CDM issues are addressed and work is carried out to a high standard.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Ideally, you will have either MCIOB or MRICS status, or be willing to study towards these qualifications to be considered for this opportunity.
