Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Bar and Floor Staff during the festive season. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, promoting our venue and its offerings, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Promote Hummingbird's brand and offerings to customers, highlighting our unique features and benefits.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, adhering to licensing legislation procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in promotional activities and events to drive sales and revenue.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in bartending or waiting is preferred, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

  • Availability to work varied shift patterns, including late nights, evenings, and weekends.
