Festive Bar and Floor Staff Wanted

The Social, a renowned institution in Royal Exchange Square, Glasgow, is seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team as Bar and Floor Staff for the upcoming festive season.

About the Role

We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to become an integral part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. As a Bar and Floor Staff member, you will be responsible for setting up, serving customers, liaising with other departments, and clearing down after your shift.

You will also be expected to promote the venue and our fantastic dishes to all customers, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional service and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
  • Set up, serve, and clear down after shifts, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless service and communication
  • Promote the venue and our fantastic dishes to all customers
  • Adhere to licensing legislation procedures and maintain high standards of bar cleanliness
Requirements

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for delivering exceptional service, and a keen eye for detail. Previous bartending or waiting experience is preferable, but not essential. If you are a team player with a great personality and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you
