Financial Assistant Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Financial Assistant Coordinator to join our team at TES NI Ltd. As a key member of the Finance Department, you will be responsible for assisting with various financial duties, including Sales Ledger management and customer account maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing Sales Ledger, ensuring timely completion of sales invoices.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to issue invoices and applications for payment on a timely basis.
- Negotiate terms of payment, including payment milestones, and assist in building project-specific forecasted payments.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified driver's license.
- Proficient in Microsoft, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
