Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Enisca. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering projects in the water industry, ensuring they are completed efficiently and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver projects in the water industry
  • Work with clients, suppliers, and project delivery teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget
  • Support the preparation of project design and estimate
  • Analyse and understand client specifications and ensure projects are designed to meet their requirements
  • Attend start-up, site visit, and design meetings
  • Develop, implement, and monitor pre-construction process plans
  • Communicate design and specification changes to stakeholders
  • Identify and pre-qualify subcontractors, produce specifications for purchasing materials and equipment, respond to queries, analyse bids, make award recommendations, and place orders
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and track and report on costs
  • Ensure all design and procurement activities are carried out in line with the requirements of Enisca's Integrated Management System and its procedures
  • Work as part of the project delivery team to ensure delivery of the project on time and within budget
  • Understand contractual arrangements of a project and ensure they are not compromised due to design or procurement issues
  • Provide support to site, construction, and remote delivery teams at all stages
  • Adhere to all Enisca's HR and H&S policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a design and build project delivery role within the water industry
  • NEC 3 knowledge and experience
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Microsoft Project
  • CSCS card
  • 18th Edition of BS7671 (Electrical only)

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD
