Main Responsibilities

As a dedicated member of the SIPP administration team, you will be responsible for processing SIPP transfer out requests, new business applications, and other administrative tasks. You will also support client and adviser needs with the highest professional standards.

Key Tasks
  • Process SIPP transfer out requests and new business applications through to completion
  • Complete transfers in and investment applications, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Process PCLS payments for clients in retirement and regular and ad-hoc payments for clients in retirement
  • Administer the whole life cycle of a SIPP from transfers to retirements, including investment withdrawals and member benefit payroll
  • Use HMRC online services to process income tax and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements
  • Build relationships with our advisers and clients, providing excellent customer service and communication
  • Embed risk management in all aspects of your work, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong SIPP/Pension knowledge and understanding of SIPP rules and regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to ask questions and seek clarification when needed
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn and adapt new skills and systems
  • Positive written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service and communication
  • Excellent numerical and customer service skills, with the ability to understand and process financial data
