Purchase Ledger Specialist

TES NI Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Purchase Ledger Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Finance Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with all duties within the Finance Department, including Purchase Ledger, Supplier Reconciliations, and inputting purchase invoices.
  • Produce reports in line with business goals and targets, and assist with budgeting costs for projects and overheads.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues, and reconcile Nominal Ledgers to P&L and BS.
  • Investigate costs that fall outside acceptable parameters, and support the implementation of SAGE SICON modules within TES Group Ltd and TES Power Ltd.
  • Work with the Finance Director on current KPIs reporting, and develop them to include more timely reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Assist with producing Management Accounts, Intrastat returns, and VAT Returns if required.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Ability to use your own initiative and produce reports in line with business targets and objectives.
  • Full Driver's License, Proficient in Microsoft, particularly Excel, and Good communication skills.
Desirable Criteria:
  • Experience in using SAGE 200, SICON Modules is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
