About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager / Account Director to join our dynamic team at Moriati Digital Recruitment. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of AdTech, creative advertising, and contextual targeting.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, particularly Dentsu and its associated brands.
  3. Understand client needs and translate them into high-impact ad solutions that maximize campaign performance.
  4. Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and through prospecting new clients within Dentsu.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver bespoke creative ad solutions tailored to client needs.
  6. Strategic Planning & Account Management:
  7. Develop account strategies to expand existing relationships and grow overall revenue.
  8. Stay ahead of industry trends, sharing insights with clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with the latest technological advancements and creative opportunities.
  9. Monitor campaign performance, providing detailed reports to clients and ensuring their goals are met.
Requirements
  1. Experience:
  2. Proven track record in AdTech sales, with deep expertise in contextual advertising, creative ad solutions, and high-impact campaigns.
  3. Strong, established relationships with Dentsu and its client portfolio, with a history of driving revenue and building successful partnerships.
  4. Personal Qualities:
  5. Passionate about AdTech and digital advertising, staying updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
  6. Creative and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
