Diagnostic Solutions Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the pathology laboratory diagnostics sector.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Perform pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales customer training to ensure seamless adoption of our diagnostic solutions
* Onboard new customers by engaging teams in the launch process and providing comprehensive support
* Travel to prospective customer sites, luminary sites, and trade shows to deliver presentations and showcase our products
* Provide ongoing application assistance and support to end users, ensuring they achieve optimal results from our diagnostic systems

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in an application specialist role with a focus on haematology, immunology, clinical chemistry, molecular, or life sciences
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
* Ability to travel throughout southern England, with occasional overnight stays
