About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Senior Support Worker to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with learning disabilities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Support Work, ideally within a Learning Disability setting, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility, patience, and non-judgmental attitude when working with service users. You will be responsible for leading the Support Worker team during shifts, supporting people with daily activities, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

We strive to create positive family relationships and offer a comprehensive total reward package, including a salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 29 days' paid holiday and additional benefits.
