Business Operations Director

Newmedica, the leading provider of NHS funded and private Ophthalmology services in the UK, is seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our Joint Venture Partnership. As a salaried employee, director of the business, and equity stakeholder, you will play a key role in driving the success of our clinics.
We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and is passionate about developing a successful and fulfilling career. As a local partner, you will work closely with our Clinical Joint Venture Partners to ensure the day-to-day running of the practice, maintaining clinical safety and excellence.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the practice's day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and good governance practices.
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborating with the Newmedica Support Office team to ensure seamless support and guidance.
