Psychology Support Worker Graduate Role

We are collaborating with primary, secondary, and SEN schools in North London to recruit skilled presentation support workers with a strong background in psychology.
The selected candidates will contribute to creating an engaging and supportive classroom environment where students feel valued and motivated to learn. They will collaborate with teachers to identify areas of need and develop strategies to promote student success.
Main Responsibilities:
- To assist students in achieving their academic potential by providing targeted support and guidance
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and styles
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive school community
- Collaborate with teachers to address challenging behaviours and develop strategies for improvement
Essential Requirements:
- A degree in psychology or a related field, preferably from a UK university
- Proven experience in supporting vulnerable groups or individuals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
Remuneration Package:
£95-£110 per day. Full-time positions available starting immediately, Monday-Friday, 8.30am-4pm, term time.
