Job Title: Graduate Project Engineer

Reports to: Lead Projects Manager

Location: The post holder will be required to work locally in our office in Limavady, Northern Ireland. The post holder may also be required to travel to ensure the needs of the business are met.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Assist the team in ensuring project deliverables are met through planning and organisation.
  2. Coordinate documentation and drawings between various parties.
  3. Review engineering drawings and 3D models.
  4. Conduct quality checks on materials and factory checks on assembled products.
  5. Plan and coordinate onsite installations.
  6. Develop operation & maintenance manuals and other relevant engineering documents.
  7. Accompany engineers to site for surveys and to oversee delivery of our equipment and installation.
  8. Support the project team throughout the whole project life cycle ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
  9. Communicate in a clear and professional manner with clients and suppliers.
Minimum Role Criteria
  1. Hold or expect to gain a 2.2 Honours degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a closely related subject.
  2. Knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD software.
  3. A full current driving licence and access to a car. Consideration will be given to alternative travelling proposals in respect of applicants with a disability who cannot hold a licence.
  4. Ability to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Teams.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to work locally in Limavady Office.
Desirable
  1. Experience working in water & wastewater industries.
  2. Experience working in a fabrication environment.
