Graduate Project Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Graduate Project Engineer to join our team at Colloide. As a Graduate Project Engineer, you will assist the team in ensuring project deliverables are met through planning and organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Coordination: Assist the team in coordinating project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining project schedules.
- Documentation and Drawings: Assist in the review and coordination of engineering drawings and 3D models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Quality Checks: Assist with quality checks on materials and factory checks on assembled products, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Site Installations: Assist with the planning and coordination of onsite installations, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruptions.
- Documentation and Reporting: Develop operation & maintenance manuals and other relevant engineering documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.
- Education: Hold or expect to gain a 2.2 Honours degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related subject.
- Skills: Knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD software, proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and MS Teams.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a strong attention to detail.
- Industry Experience: Experience working in water & wastewater industries or fabrication environments.
