Lead the Way in Education

We are seeking an exceptional KS2 teacher to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. As an Ambitious KS2 Education Leader, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the Upper Key Stage 2 phase, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering outstanding lessons that challenge and inspire Upper KS2 students, fostering a love for learning.
  • Mentoring and supporting colleagues to enhance their teaching practice and improve student outcomes.
  • Contributing to whole-school initiatives and strategic planning to drive continuous improvement and maintain our outstanding status.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a proven track record of success in teaching Upper Key Stage 2.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues to achieve excellence.
  • A creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning with a commitment to meeting the diverse needs of all students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
