About the Role

Fugro NL Services B.V. is seeking a highly skilled USV Operations Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Fugro Academy Technical Training team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering USV Operations training and related courses and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update USV Operations training and related courses and programs to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  • Accreditate Fugro USV Operations training to ensure it meets the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with other Remote/USV Operations and Technical Trainers to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Maintain USV Operations training resources, equipment, and materials to ensure they are up-to-date and functional.
  • Deliver training courses, both face-to-face and online, to ensure that Fugro staff and clients receive the highest quality training.
  • Design and develop e-learning and distance learning materials to support self-tuition by Fugro staff and others.
Requirements
  • Experience with USV technology and operations, onshore and/or offshore.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and MS Project.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Previous coaching, mentoring, and training experience, as well as leadership and experience of training course design and development processes.
