Job Summary:

The role will be within the administration team providing support to their highly performing financial advisors, working alongside the paraplanners and sales support. It will be exceptionally in-depth around pensions transfer business, with client-facing elements as and when you gain expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Suitability Reports
  • Liaising with product providers to collate pension and investment information for replacement contracts
  • Providing technical support to the team with paraplanning and research support
  • Carrying out market research on behalf of the adviser prior to meetings
  • Assisting in the ongoing due diligence reviews of investment funds and platforms
  • Providing appropriate support to the Financial Adviser / MD

Requirements:

To be considered, ideally you will have technical report writing experience within a financial services firm or provider with a sound knowledge of pensions and investments. Experience of using research tools such as FE Analytics and ideally knowledge of Intelligent Office would be advantageous. Given the close-knit nature of the firm, you will be a committed, enthusiastic, and flexible individual with the ability to bring new ideas to the firm.
