Key Responsibilities- Client Liaison: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, facilitating communication and resolving queries.
- Diary Management: Coordinate Advisers' diaries, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely meetings.
- Client Reviews: Prepare and manage client reviews, including the creation of meeting packs and agendas.
- Document Preparation: Draft and finalize client communications, including suitability reports.
- Post-Meeting Actions: Ensure timely completion of post-meeting tasks, maintaining high standards of service.
- Diary Management and Inbox Oversight: Manage the Managing Director's diary and inbox, ensuring prompt attention to emails and tasks.
- Meeting Preparation: Assist with the preparation of meeting agendas, papers, and other materials.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional service and support.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, platforms, and websites, including Cashcalc, FE analytics, and Dynamic Planner.
- Financial Services Knowledge: Understanding of financial services products, providers, and regulation.
