Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at IDEX Consulting Ltd. As an IFA Administrator, you will provide critical support to our Advisers, ensuring seamless delivery of financial services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Liaison: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, facilitating communication and resolving queries.
  • Diary Management: Coordinate Advisers' diaries, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely meetings.
  • Client Reviews: Prepare and manage client reviews, including the creation of meeting packs and agendas.
  • Document Preparation: Draft and finalize client communications, including suitability reports.
  • Post-Meeting Actions: Ensure timely completion of post-meeting tasks, maintaining high standards of service.
Support to the Managing Director
  • Diary Management and Inbox Oversight: Manage the Managing Director's diary and inbox, ensuring prompt attention to emails and tasks.
  • Meeting Preparation: Assist with the preparation of meeting agendas, papers, and other materials.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional service and support.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, platforms, and websites, including Cashcalc, FE analytics, and Dynamic Planner.
  • Financial Services Knowledge: Understanding of financial services products, providers, and regulation.
