Key Responsibilities- Process all HR and Payroll data via our HR Cloud system, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of key activities.
- Build and produce HR and Payroll reporting requirements.
- Act as a point of contact, resolving queries and problems promptly and delivering excellent customer service standards.
- Assist in the completion of month-end and year-end procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations relevant to HR and Payroll.
- Maintain HR and Payroll systems, including job hierarchy, document upload, and personal data requirements.
- Support audit processes and implement recommendations to meet specified timescales.
- Apply continuous improvement practices to streamline payroll processing and improve customer service.
- Ensure high levels of confidentiality and integrity are maintained.
- Prioritize workload to complete HR and Payroll processing on time and accurately.
- Support HR and Payroll projects, ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders to provide quality, efficient, and customer-focused payroll services.
- Minimum 3 years of payroll experience.
- Experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Experience in delivering continuous improvement and best practice.
