Job Title: Education Program Manager

Overview
This role is responsible for organizing, supporting, and resourcing postgraduate programs to ensure their success. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to handling tasks, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and support postgraduate programs
- Assist in organizing formal examinations, hosting online lectures and webinars, and maintaining the learning platform
- Ensure the smooth delivery of courses, including occasional work outside of normal office hours

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to handling tasks
- A flexible approach to work
- Willingness to learn

About the Role:
This post sits within the Education department and reports to the Academic Operations Manager. Our client offers a comprehensive range of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses for veterinary surgeons and nurses. Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Generous employer pension contributions starting at 7% and increasing up to 10% with length of service
- Holiday entitlement rising by 1 day each year up to 28 days FTE, plus a further entitlement of an additional one day every 5 years of service
