Job Title: Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator. In this essential role, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of our accredited education programs, ensuring smooth delivery and excellent service to our students and tutors.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate the daily operations of our accredited education programs
  • Liaise with students, speakers, supervisors, and mentors
  • Assist in organizing formal examinations and hosting online lectures and webinars
  • Maintain our learning platform
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage student inquiries and enrolment
  2. Administer committees
  3. Coordinate the delivery of our accredited programs
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Collaborative approach
  • Able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside of normal office hours
Salary Details:

The basic salary for this position is £25,000 - £26,000 per annum (pro-rata). We also offer generous employer pension contributions, holiday entitlement increasing up to 28 days FTE, Bupa dental plan, enhanced pay for maternity, paternity, adoption and other family-related leave, life assurance of 3 x annual salary, support for hybrid working, access to a free legal helpline, health and wellbeing support, training and development, free onsite parking and cycle to work scheme, regular social activities and events.
