Senior Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team at the U.S. Embassy London Annex in Croughton. As a key member of our facilities services section, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of our building infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating and managing maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. You will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance work is carried out to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and managing maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
- Conducting site surveys to identify potential issues and develop proactive maintenance plans
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including scheduling, completion, and cost
- Collaborating with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary of £38,989 gross starting salary per annum. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a range of benefits, including private medical insurance, life insurance, and pension plan.
