Senior Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Bootle. As an experienced sales professional, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, identifying new opportunities to expand our business, and driving long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact.
- Business Development: Develop strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term business growth.
- Sales Opportunities: Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role.
- CRM Software: Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
