We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Psychological Service Development Lead to join our team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our department, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing effective mental health services for cancer patients.

The estimated salary for this position is £40,876 - £47,283 per annum, depending on experience. In this role, you will work closely with cancer services in the acute hospital trust to determine their needs and develop effective interventions. You will also have the opportunity to develop and run groups, as well as offer complex case discussions and reflective groups within MDTs.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in psychology, who is highly motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a strong understanding of mental health principles and practices, as well as experience working in a similar environment.
