Job Title: Construction Surveyor Lead

About the Role:
  • Lead teams of construction surveyors in conducting property surveys and inspections, ensuring high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.
  • Develop and implement survey methodologies, best practices, and quality control procedures to drive excellence in our construction services.
Requirements:
  • Professional qualification in building surveying or a related field (e.g., RICS), with a proven track record of leadership and management experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in building surveying or a related role, with a strong understanding of construction processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve exceptional results.
