Job Title: Construction Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Construction Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Contract Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work on high-quality infrastructure and groundworks projects in Fife and Lothian.

About the Role:

This key position involves conducting monthly Cost Value Reconciliations, coordinating labour, materials, and subcontractors for timely project completion, monitoring on-site progress, and issuing required notices. Additionally, you will prepare Final Accounts and manage subcontractor accounts to enhance contract efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct monthly Cost Value Reconciliations

Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of Quantity Surveying experience in Civil Engineering Projects
  • Full UK driving license
