About the Role:

The Technical Solutions Expert at Loftware is a key member of our Service Delivery team, responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and technical architecture, designing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Assist in scope definition, requirements analysis, and functional/technical design to ensure solutions are tailored to client needs.
  • Develop user interfaces, databases, and backend logic for the integration of labeling systems with various third-party systems.
  • Perform installation, configuration, deployment, administration, and maintenance of solutions that implement industry standards.
  • Create and execute user acceptance testing materials to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
  • Provide third-level technical support on-site and remotely to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective delivery of services and instill trustworthy relationships between clients, partners, and Loftware.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent along with 2-3 years in a technology environment.
  • Travel (up to 20%) is required.
  • Ability to assess client needs and management requirements and provide creative solutions that address those needs.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL principles, including normalization and stored procedures.
  • SQL Server 2016 and above database creation and management.
  • Windows Server 2016 and above management (IIS, Active Directory).
  • Experience with object-oriented programming (C# /.NET Framework or Java) and scripting (VBScript, Python, JavaScript).
  • Mobile application development experience is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and technologies such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize and take ownership of implementation issues from origination to resolution.
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, organization, and time management skills.
  • Solid communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to convey technical principles to a non-technical audience.
  • Solid planning and customer relationship skills.
  • Thorough in preparing user interface documentation.
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to work reliably with some supervision of a senior consultant.
  • Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product will meet client needs.
  • Provide basic and advanced solution training and develop training material.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to learn new technology through self-study.
  • Fluent in English language. German, Italian, Spanish, or French language is a plus.
