Job Title: Ethical Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Ethical Compliance Specialist to join our team at Kingfisher. As an Ethical Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in implementing our Human Rights policy into Offer and Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and manage the programme of ethical supplier audits, including liaison with external audit providers and support for Buying Offices to onboard suppliers using the Kingfisher processes.
  • Manage post-audit corrective action plans consistent with risks and issues identified in the audit.
  • Develop and deliver training relevant to the implementation of the Kingfisher Ethical and related Environmental policies, both internally and externally (vendor).
  • Assist in the development of the framework to demonstrate continuous improvement in labour standards and environmental practices and to reduce supply chain impact.
  • Support the identification of key issues and corresponding solutions, trends, and themes in the area of Responsible Sourcing/ethical factory management.
  • Manage and maintain regular reports and conduct analysis based on information collected, monthly ethical audit.
  • Maintain and manage appropriate due diligence processes to complement O&S Ethical & Environment policies.

  • Independent thinker and ability to self-manage.
  • Good communication and influencing skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
