Millbank Holdings is seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering function in West Cumbria, Warrington, and Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex engineering projects and teams, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Job Description:
  • Lead and advise project teams on design processes and decision-making.
  • Manage cross-discipline knowledge of value realisation of engineering design of systems and plant with a mindset for construction and commissioning in a nuclear environment.

We are looking for an individual with extensive post-graduate industrial/practical experience in designated skill sets, possibly within the nuclear industry or related transferrable industries such as oil and gas processing/refining or water treatment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent working knowledge of appropriate CAE systems, including previous experience of establishing and leading BIM-enabled projects.

Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in delivery of major capex projects for construction with expertise in one or more specialist areas of engineering.
  • Leadership in engineering function.
  • A record of successful delivery, influencing professional engineers, and provision of strategic guidance across a portfolio of projects and programmes.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
