About The Role

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers via phone and in-person. This is a customer service focused role that requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile phones.
  • Manage customer expectations and provide regular updates on issue resolution.
  • Act as a liaison with technology departments to drive resolution and deliver results.
  • Represent the IT Service Centre in a professional manner throughout the organization.
  • Use sound judgment to make decisions that maximize customer satisfaction.

About You

You will have gained the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working in a customer service or service centre environment.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 Applications.
