About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Café and Chef Manager to join our team at Thomas Franks Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the catering team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and hospitality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the catering team in the production and service of food and beverages across our sites.
  • Liaise with the operations manager to ensure seamless delivery of hospitality services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of food and customer service.
  • Manage the financial budget for the location and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer needs.
  • Develop the food offer in line with current market trends and company values.
  • Ensure age-appropriate food is available and special dietary requirements are met.
  • Comply with all company policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Undertake any reasonable duties as directed by the operations manager.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivering excellent food standards.
  • Ability to lead a team and achieve high performance through motivation.
  • High level of communication, including reading, writing, oral, and listening skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate a good understanding and use of verbal English.
  • Ability to demonstrate a good standard of written English and reading skills.
  • Similar experience of customer and/or food preparation environment is essential.
