Job Title: Guest Services Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Guest Services Assistant to join our team at Splendid Hospitality Group. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the front desk and handle guest inquiries in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Set up the buffet system in the restaurant area for mealtimes and maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • Adhere to Food Safety and Hygiene practices at all times.
  • Clear and sanitize tables in the restaurant and reception areas.
  • Maintain the reception, food and beverage outlets, public areas, stores, back office, staff room, and outside areas in a clean and tidy condition.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure minimal impact on guest service.
