Job Overview

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, plus bonus, with further increments on successful completion of exams. Our generous pension scheme provides up to 14% matching, and life assurance offers up to eight times your salary.

As an actuarial trainee, you'll complete a number of assignments, each lasting around eighteen months, translating complex financial or mathematical insight into outcomes that deliver for our customers. You could be working on valuations, risk assessment, or mergers and acquisitions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You should have recently qualified as a graduate and be able to start no later than September 2025.
  • A background in actuarial science, finance, or a numerical discipline is not essential, but relevant skills and knowledge are desirable.
  • Coding, data analysis, visualization, and AI experience would be beneficial, but not necessary.
