Support Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism

We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our dedicated community team for people with learning disabilities and autism.

As a Social Worker, you will work with adults with learning disabilities and autism, providing assessment, support planning, and review, as well as direct work and general case management duties.

You will be part of a team that is committed to improving outcomes for those we support, with a person-centered approach and a focus on making a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable residents.

The role involves working with a case load of people with learning disabilities and autism, and you will be required to fulfill statutory duties on behalf of the service.

You will be provided with a laptop and a mobile phone to enable remote working.

Requirements

We are looking for a qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years' experience with current Social Work England registration and the necessary drive and enthusiasm to work in our team.
