We are seeking an experienced Sister/Charge Nurse to lead our Oncology & Medical Ward at The Wellington Hospital. This role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes while advancing your nursing career in a prestigious environment.

As a Sister/Charge Nurse, you will lead a team of nurses and healthcare assistants, providing expert care to oncology and medical patients. You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality support throughout patients' care journeys.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care in the clinical environment, managing a team, providing advanced nursing advice, and facilitating comprehensive care plans. They will also contribute to service development initiatives and quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Relevant post-registration experience in Oncology
