About the Position

We are currently looking for a dedicated Holistic Support Professional to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. As a key player in our staff, you will provide essential support to children in a children's home in Wandsworth, fostering their growth and development.

Main Duties

  • Apply SMART goal planning to deliver tailored support services to meet individual needs.
  • Develop and maintain accurate customer files, ensuring thorough records of support provided.
  • Deliver comprehensive support planning, aligning with departmental policies and procedures.
  • Empower customers by educating them on their rights and responsibilities regarding the service.
  • Essential prior experience supporting individuals with mental health is required.
  • A proven ability to undertake customer assessments, support planning, and key-working is necessary.
  • Effective written communication skills, including report writing and file note documentation, are essential.
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding adults is crucial.

Compensation

The annual salary for this position is £26,037.
