At Boldyn Networks, we are seeking a skilled Senior Logistics Operations Manager to oversee our inventory and asset management operations across various sites. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all warehouse facilities.

About the Role

  • We are looking for someone with exceptional skills and extensive experience in developing and implementing warehouse and logistics strategies that align with company objectives.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment and be proficient in the use of warehouse and inventory management systems.
  • A key responsibility of this role will be to manage and maintain inventory levels across all locations, aligned with procurement strategy and ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • This includes overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, and ensuring procedures are compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining asset management systems to track and manage company assets effectively.
  • Another crucial aspect of this role will be to collaborate with supply chain partners to optimise transportation costs and delivery times.
  • A technology-savvy individual who can utilise technology to improve inventory management and logistics operations would be well-suited for this position.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and managing the warehouse budget, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • This role requires someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal customers and monitor the quality of service they are receiving.
  • Overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and equipment used within the facilities is also a key responsibility.

About You

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing inventory across multiple locations and a strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
  • Proficient in the use of warehouse and inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

  • An estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
