Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Essentra. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and repair plant machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to identify opportunities for process improvements and increase machine reliability.
- Manage maintenance records and reports to track work activities, parts usage, and training provided.
- Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to source spare parts and equipment.
- Apprenticeship or industry-recognized qualifications in mechanical or electrical maintenance.
- Experience in maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment in a similar environment.
- Knowledge of plant operation principles, methods, and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle day-to-day and strategic issues.
