Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems, and provide technical support as needed.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to identify opportunities for process improvements and increase machine reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of work activities, tasks completed, and training provided.
- Apprenticeship or industry-recognized qualifications in mechanical or electrical maintenance.
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment, with a focus on mechanical or electrical maintenance.
- Knowledge of plant operation principles, methods, and processes.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
