We are seeking a skilled Service Team Leader to support the management of our service. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting person-led supports, self and others health and wellbeing, and being a positive role model/mentor. Key responsibilities include:

  • Teaching and progressing abilities in others to develop skills for living, self-advocacy, and professional advocacy.
  • Adhering to finance and budgeting discipline and supporting others to do the same.
  • Being flexible in approach and proactive in meeting the needs of the service.
  • Showing passion, commitment, enthusiasm, and drive, and working under pressure to achieve goals.
  • Performing in line with our culture and beliefs, including maintaining appropriate appearance.

The ideal candidate will have achieved or be working towards a Diploma in Leadership and Management Level 5. They will be able to prioritize their workload, be professional, fair, and consistent in delegating to others, and lead, manage, and develop a service team in line with our ethos and culture.
