Supporting Students with SEMH Needs in a North Shields Secondary School

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Specialist to join our team at GSL Education. As an essential member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs thrive in their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement evidence-based strategies to promote students' emotional regulation, self-awareness, and social skills.

  • Utilize de-escalation techniques and positive reinforcement to manage challenging behaviors effectively.

Salary Details
